Design Portfolios
School of Medicine (2005 - present)
In addition to my responsibilities as a Web Designer for the School of Medicine at Queen’s University, I’ve had the opportunity to design print materials (such as posters, logos, and bookmarks) as well as PowerPoint slides (including slide layout, templates and diagrams).
Queen’s Pub (2002)
During the summer of 2002, I had the chance to carry on with the work I had been doing for the pub, but also to develop a visual identity which would be used in all promotional material. The new colour scheme was developed using the colours from the interior of the pub, and taking the from the bar as well as the numerous chalkboards which decorate the pub. Pictures from the 50’s and 60’s were used to create a sense of nostalgia and tradition which is usually associated with the pub.
Queen’s Pub (2001)
While working part-time as a graphic designer during University, I was responsible for the Queen’s Pub portfolio and developed a series of posters as well as a menu to help promote the pub and its events.
